11th International Council of Nurses’ NP/APN Network Conference
Theme: Envisioning advanced nursing practice beyond 2020: Wider reach, better impact
This major international nursing conference is likely to attract more than 1,200 clinically practicing nurse delegates, as well as leaders in nursing research, education, health promotion and other areas of health care planning and implementation.
The conference will explore a number of issues including:
- The unique and overlapping concerns and contexts of NP and ANP roles in different global contexts.
- Promote new partnership and collaboration opportunities (nationally and internationally) to facilitate ongoing progress in NP/ANP roles in Canada and globally.
- Highlight the leadership work of APNs at all levels of health care system(s) around the world
- Showcase how the ANP role has evolved within and across Canada and demonstrate that Canada is amongst the global leaders in the ANP field.
